It is a 32-acre family-run holiday park, under new management, offering luxury lodges, Sun Cabins, and touring and camping pitches. It also sells holiday homes (lodges and Park Homes) for private ownership.

Holiday bookings are handled by two partners rather than by the park itself. Lodges, cabins and chalets are booked through Hoseasons at https://www.hoseasons.co.uk/accom/atlantic-bays-holiday-park-atba, and touring pitches and camping through Pitchup at https://www.pitchup.com/campsites/England/South_West/Cornwall/Padstow/atlantic-bays-holiday-park/. You choose your dates, see live prices and pay on the partner's site, and the booking, payment and cancellation terms are theirs and are shown before you confirm. The park no longer takes holiday bookings online itself, but you can call the team on 01841 520 855 to talk a stay through.

There are four ways to stay: Luxury Lodges (open-plan living, two bathrooms, most with private decking, linen and towels included); Sun Cabins and Deluxe Sun Cabins (best-value cabins sleeping up to five); Touring pitches in four grades; and Camping pitches on grass or with electric hook-up.

Luxury Lodges have open-plan living, a modern kitchen and two bathrooms, and most have their own outside decking. Linen and towels are included. Sun Cabins sleep up to five across two bedrooms (a double and a triple bunk room) with a shower room; duvets and pillows are included, while bed sheets and towels can be added. Deluxe Sun Cabins have two bedrooms and a full bathroom to a higher specification.

Touring and camping pitches come in four grades: Full Serviced, Electric Hardstanding, Grass with Electric, and Standard Grass. Ownership comes with a 99-year licence agreement, a 12-month season so owners can visit year-round, free wraparound decking, complimentary golf at a local course, and no legal or solicitor fees on Park Homes. Park Homes are sublet-friendly.

Atlantic Bays is open all year round — including touring and camping, and holiday-home owners enjoy a full 12-month season and can visit year-round. The onsite shop is open daily 9am–5pm (the food shop is seasonal) and the office closes at 5pm.

Dogs are welcome on the touring and camping pitches only, on a lead and under adult supervision (up to two dogs free). Pets are not permitted in the lodges, cabins or Park Homes. There are several dog-friendly beaches nearby.

For lodges and Park Homes, check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 10am (late check-in by arrangement, no later than 10pm). For touring and camping, check-in is from 12pm noon and check-out is by 10am (late arrivals by arrangement, no later than 9pm).

On-park facilities open today include Taffy's bar (pizzas, drinks, live music and comedy) with outside decking, an onsite shop, a refurbished children's play park, a large open field for ball games and kites, shower and toilet blocks, a year-round launderette, a BBQ area, and ample parking. There is CCTV and a security barrier, and all guests sign in and out.

No. There is no swimming pool or leisure complex available at present. We market only the facilities that are open today, which include Taffy's bar, the shop, the play park, shower blocks and launderette.

Yes. The on-park bar is Taffy's, an independent bar serving pizzas and drinks, with live music and comedy nights and outside decking. Food and the food shop are seasonal, so it is worth calling ahead off-season on 01841 520 855 to check what is open.

Yes. Atlantic Bays is now under new management and has been refreshed across the 2024–25 seasons, with a new bar (Taffy's), a refurbished children's play park and an improved food offering. Guests regularly note the visible improvements in their reviews.

The park sits among Cornwall's Seven Bays, most about a ten-minute drive away. Cancellations, changes and refunds for a holiday booking are handled by the partner you booked with, under their terms: Hoseasons for lodges, cabins and chalets, Pitchup for touring and camping. Those terms are shown before you confirm and repeated in your confirmation email, so please go back to the partner you booked with to cancel or move a stay. The park's own rules — arrival and departure times, dogs, and conduct on park — still apply during your stay.

Atlantic Bays welcomes families and couples. Single-sex groups and young-adult groups are not accepted, and under-16s must be supervised at all times.

No smoking is permitted inside Park Homes or lodges. Outdoor smoking areas are provided around the park.

Raised, supervised barbecues are allowed, and there is a designated BBQ area by the touring field entrance. Open fires, fire pits and chimineas are not permitted, and gazebos are not allowed anywhere on site.

Yes. The park has CCTV and a security barrier, and all guests sign in and out. It is peaceful and family-friendly, with a refurbished play park and a large open field, and staff have been known to escort arriving guests to their pitch after dark.
