The AA awards an inspected 4-Starrating — its inspector calls us a “well-kept rural site a short drive from beaches and not far from Padstow.” Platform ratings captured 17 June 2026 and may move a point or two as new reviews come in.
A park on the up
Refreshed under new management
We won’t pretend every review across the years has been glowing — like many parks mid-improvement, our toughest feedback has been about upkeep and facilities we’re actively putting right. The honest, hopeful news is that recent guests keep noticing the same thing: a 2024–25 change of management has brought fresh staff, a new bar, food in the evenings and the grounds restored to their best.
We’re a family-run team, not a faceless chain — and we’d far rather you saw the park as it is today than as it was. The recurring verdict from this season is a fair and welcome one: a lovely site in a great location, finally getting the care it deserves.
“We have been camping with friends at Atlantic Bay for the last 8 years. The change in management this year is fantastic. Sarah and Odette in reception were friendly, helpful and welcoming.”
