1. A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
2. Chalets will be available from 3pm on day of arrival and you must vacate your chalet by 10am on day of departure. Please notify us if you expect to arrive after 6pm.
3. Chalets are to be occupied only by the persons (including children) stated on the booking form and must not exceed the number of berths. Insurance is invalidated if this rule is broken. Failure to comply may result in eviction from the chalet.
4. BBQ's are not permitted on the Chalet Park due to fire risk. Please use the designated BBQ area.
5. All Chalets are booked on a self catering basis, we do not provide towels, bed linen, (quilts/blankets/pillows are provided) toiletries or cleaning products.
6. Vehicles must not be driven on the grassed areas. There are no facilities for vehicles to be parked next to the chalets (this is a pedestrian area) unloading must be done from the car parking areas. Please park in a marked parking bay.
7. Report to us as soon as possible any breakages or damage caused by you during the holiday. You are legally bound to pay for any damage to the premises or contents, beyond reasonable wear and tear. A key/damages deposit of £100 will be taken at the time of Check In, providing no damage/breakages are reported this will be refunded 7 days after departure.

2. Adults are charged from the age of 16 upwards, children under 3 are free of charge.
3. Pitches will be available from 2pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on day of departure.
4. Please pitch as instructed by the site warden.
5. Anyone found to pitching incorrectly or using an electric hook up that has not been charged for will be required to pay the appropriate upgrade fee or may be asked to move pitch.
6. Hook ups, Atlantic Bays cannot accept responsibility for any accident or damage arising from use of unacceptable electrical equipment.
7. Side awnings and full awnings are permitted, gazebos are not permitted.
8. We do not guarantee that touring pitch bookings can be extended beyond the original dates booked.
9. A maximum of two vehicles per pitch is allowed any other vehicles must be paid for and parked elsewhere on the site.
10. The size of your unit must be stipulated at the time of booking to ensure your allocated pitch is of a suitable size, if this is not done or the size of your unit alters we cannot except responsibility if your pitch size is incorrect.
11. During peak season a minimum pitch fee will apply.
12. Children should be supervised in the toilet blocks.
13. BBQ's are permitted on the touring park if using disposable BBQ's please raise them up off the grass using bricks which are available from reception.
14. Electric hook up cables/water hoses are not provided.

1. Atlantic Bays reserves the right to change or alter facilities available at the site and/or to change/amend the onsite entertainment in the clubhouse at any time without prior notice.
2. No noise between the hours of 11pm and 7am and consideration must be shown for your neighbours at all times.
3. Atlantic Bays caters for families and couples only and does not accept bookings from either single sex groups or groups of young adults.
4. Anyone found to be behaving in a manner that is detrimental to other holiday makers, or found causing criminal damage (defacing or damaging property) may at the discretion of the Management be asked to leave the site without refund. In the case of criminal damage the Police will be involved.
5. Atlantic Bays does not accept any responsibility for persons staying at the site or using the facilities and will not accept liability for the loss or damage to persons and/or property.
6. Atlantic Bays does not accept responsibility for any personal items/property left on site. However, we will forward items to you (if found) for a minimum return fee of £10.
7. If your cheque is returned to us as "unpaid by the bank" we will charge you £10 to cover the costs incurred.
8. If paying by credit card we will charge you 2% of the total holiday costs to cover costs incurred. There is no charge for debit cards.
9. The site speed limit is 5mph, drivers must have a valid driving licence and be insured.
10. No open fires, fire pits or chimneas are allowed anywhere on the site.
11. No washing lines to be strung between buildings or trees, no rotary lines.
12. Bins are located around the site, please ensure that all general rubbish is bagged and that any recyclable materials are put in the correct containers.
13. No ball games within the chalet areas.
14. No pets are allowed on site, except for Guide Dogs.
15. When placing a booking you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

1. Should you wish to cancel your booking (this must be done in writing) because of serious injury/illness, death or redundancy (to yourself or any member of your party), if this can be substantiated and has arisen since you made the booking, the management may at their discretion refund monies paid. Deposits are non refundable. Any decisions regarding refunds by Atlantic Bays Holiday Park will be final.
2. No refunds will be given if you decide to cut your holiday short due to poor weather conditions etc.
